The company’s lead product TOL101, is a therapeutic monoclonal antibody which has demonstrated positive results as a safe and effective therapy for treating episodes of rejection or as a means of preventing rejection (induction therapy) in kidney, and other solid organ transplants.

The company plans to commercialize TOL101 as a safe and effective treatment for prevention of rejection in solid organ transplant and ultimately as a preventative therapeutic to induce tolerance of new organs and tissue.

In 2009, TOL101 received Orphan Drug designation from the US Food and Drug Administration for the use of TOL101 in solid organ transplantation
